By accessing or using ExecOS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ExecOS is an AI-powered executive assistant that helps you automate operational tasks by connecting to your existing tools and executing actions on your behalf. The Service includes features such as email drafting, meeting scheduling, CRM updates, and automated workflows.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
ExecOS operates on an approval-based model. High-sensitivity actions (such as sending emails or updating CRM records) require your explicit approval before execution. You are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all actions taken through the Service.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, Slack, HubSpot, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms of service of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.
ExecOS offers free and paid subscription plans:
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Refunds may be issued at our discretion for technical issues that prevented use of the Service. Message pack purchases are non-refundable.
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ExecOS and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExecOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages arising from actions executed on your behalf.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
